How payments work on ArcaBooking
Amounts, conditions and payment status are shown throughout the booking flow.

All payments for ArcaBooking services must be made through the platform. Always check the booking summary before confirming.
For Owners
First, send a request to the sitter. Once they accept it, your sitter and bookings area shows the action needed to complete payment through Stripe.
The total amount, any applicable costs and payment status are shown before confirmation and then in the booking details.
For Sitters
To receive payments, complete the setup of the Stripe account linked to your profile.
When will I be paid?
Stripe processes the payment on the sitter's account. Automatic bank payouts are scheduled every Monday and remain visible in the Stripe Dashboard.
Where will I receive the money?
Transfers use the account configured through Stripe. Check your connected Stripe dashboard for current bank details, status and timing.
Costs and fees
ArcaBooking charges the sitter an 18% fee. Stripe payment-processing fees are paid by the sitter; the owner pays the price shown in the booking summary.
