Compensation may become eligible 48 hours after the service ends and is included in the aggregated Tuesday cycle at 09:00. Bank processing times also affect when funds arrive.

Where reporting is required, an annual summary or document will be produced and made available in your authenticated sitter administration area.
What ArcaBooking does
The platform manages its own obligations and the tools required for payments and reporting.
- Records and reconciles bookings, commission, adjustments and payouts.
- Requests and verifies necessary tax information while protecting access to it.
- Where required by applicable law, will report the required information to the competent authorities and make the relevant annual copy available to the sitter.
What remains the sitter's responsibility
Personal obligations are separate from the platform's obligations.
- Provide accurate personal and tax information, including name, date of birth, residence, address, tax identifier, VAT details and financial-account information where requested.
- Keep information current, review summaries and report any errors.
- Assess your own tax return, taxes and contributions with a professional familiar with your circumstances.

Tax-information collection will be handled in the authenticated area; personal status, amounts, payments and any individual documents will not be exposed on the public page.

When will I be paid?
A 48-hour period follows the end of the service. Eligible entitlements are then grouped in the Tuesday 09:00 cycle; arrival in your account also depends on your bank.
Why is tax information requested?
ArcaBooking may need to verify a sitter's tax identity and report certain information about mediated amounts. Only information needed for applicable obligations will be requested.
What information may ArcaBooking report?
Where required, the platform may report identification and tax details, amounts paid or credited, commission and the number of activities. For Italy and Malta the current review indicates EU DAC7, not HMRC; the route will be checked every year.
Can extraordinary costs be charged to me?
Not automatically. An actual cost may be assigned to the sitter only in cases covered by the terms, after responsibility is finally established, with reasons, evidence and an opportunity to respond or appeal. Ordinary Stripe fees remain ArcaBooking's cost and arbitrary bank debits are not permitted.
Will I receive an annual document?
Where applicable reporting is required, an annual copy or summary will be produced and made available in your administration area. It will not be a tax return and will not automatically determine tax due.
What if I do not provide or update required information?
Verification may remain incomplete and the first or later payouts may be paused proportionately until the required information is complete. Accrued entitlements will remain recorded.
